Return Process

Do you need to return a package for any reason?

Please contact us at support@arellethelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Items must be returned in their original condition unused, undamaged, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Once your return request has been approved, please send the item(s) to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping serviceto ensure safe delivery, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received at our facility.

No restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, email support@arellethelabel.com with your order number and item details. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@arellethelabel.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has shipped, you can return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or incorrect item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email a clear photo and your order number to support@arellethelabel.com. We will resolve it by sending a replacement or the correct item.
